Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Parliament adopt the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Housing Fund of Social Purpose" as a Basis

According to the Bill (reg.№3480), supplied by the Cabinet of Ministers, amendments to the Law envisages the right to give the citizen information on property for 5 last years, the right to reject the quarterly registration in case of the artificial worsening of the living conditions during 5 years, inclusion of the people to the register of those who have right for the reasonable living space according to the law.
